Easy to get to from the airport bus route, the hotel is convenient, clean, really well presented and has its own lovely coffee shop. The room was immaculate and really nicely decorated. We walked to many tourist spots and also used the bus/tram stops which are just round the corner.

Great location for the city centre. Rooms clean and comfortable. We were a family of four with two teenage children and we had a quad room which worked out well and cheaper than getting two rooms.

Excellent staff, perhaps update description.

The air conditioning wasn’t cooling well. With having to have your card in the slot for the lights and things, it was hard to keep it cool. Very small room with too much furniture. The hotel advertises laundry facilities under family friendly as well as offering laundry service. It only offered laundry service, however. The staff, however was the best!!! Helpful beyond the call of duty.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time in Dublin and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We saw that some of the staff can even speak multiple languages which is very welcoming for non-English speaking tourists. The room was gorgeous and modern with a very clean and spacious bathroom. My friend and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This is a nice hotel in a pretty busy area. There was a good spot to unload the car. there is a car garage across the street that is pretty expensive but safe and convenient. The staff were all friendly and the restaurant on site was nice for us as we were pretty exhausted by the end of the trip. It was not a bad drive to the airport in the morning either

Hotel was located 1/2 block off of busy O'Connell (Upper) so was close to many restaurants, the Tourist Info office, and several tourist bus services. The main attractions along the River Liffey are within walking distance.

Location was close to transit and main travel areas of Dublin. Unfortunately the neighborhood was quite rough , dirty and very very loud at night . Someone yelled outside of our window every night till 4 am. Rooms were incredibly cramped, beds were uncomfortable and the shower was so small you could barely move in it. The hotel staff were friendly and we enjoyed the little cafe

Dominic at the front desk was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. Great location in the city. Only complaint was the garbage we had to walk past in front of the business right next door to the hotel.

Visiting Dublin

The room was extremely small and especially the bathroom. It wasn’t comfortable to stay in the room due to the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was not comfortable, and no shampoo or conditioner. Just soap was provided. One thing was positive was that they cleaned the room daily. The area was accessible to almost everything in Dublin.
