Poor for a 4 star hotel at £200 a night! The beds have no nearby electricity sockets so if you recharge your phone overnight or engage in some pre sleep scrolling, that can’t be done next to you, but rather over at the desk, which is just annoying. This distance is a pain when your alarm goes off too. In an effort to overcome this design flaw, I requested an electric plug extension lead. Big mistake. The staff was dismissive to the point of patronising. No bog standard builders tea bags - that hurt! No air conditioning in the room, so expect a stuffy night when its warm. Room was clean & pillows were good. The bed was as firm as a wooden board which is good for some, but a bit weird for me. Who needs the hassle when spending this much? I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Super efficient staff and very quick check-in. Family room very small and then you add in bags etc cramped. Bathroom needs an update. Breakfast was cold and some items just couldn’t be ate. Always stay in this hotel when spending time in Dublin but I feel things have slipped a little

Don't stay in summer!

Uncomfortable due to no air con & window restricted to opening 1inch. Extremely poor shower going hot/cold with terrible water pressure. Otherwise, clean, nice food, nice staff but the focus here is on high turnover of tours/visitors from the US/Europe. Not returning guests!

I stayed at this hotel with a friend while with a tour group. We booked it again upon our return to Dublin since we liked it and the area around. Nice neighborhood, cute restaurants and close to the beach.
