We checked in around 3:00 PM and were surprised to learn that parking must be reserved in advance. The nearest available street parking was approximately a 10-minute walk from the property.
There is no elevator, and no staff were present to assist with heavy luggage. The rooms are quite compact, and the hallways are noisy, with very creaky stairs adding to the disturbance.
Fortunately, we were only staying for a short period—about 10 hours. However, the following morning, as we were preparing to catch our flight back to Canada, an issue arose. My daughter used the bathroom in our room and accidentally became locked inside due to a faulty door lock. After about 20 minutes, she became distressed and was crying.
Despite it being early (around 7:00 AM), I searched the property for assistance. It took approximately 30 minutes to locate a staff member, who eventually arrived with a screwdriver to unlock the door. This morning delay made us rush dramatically to the airport!
Based on our experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this property to others.
