The staff was very good, professional. Our stay was good but the AC was not working properly and our room was really warm. We could not sleep well at all. The manager gave us a partial refund, which we appreciated, but with two young kids and very little sleep we were zapped for the day.

The AC was not working at the property for my room. They said they have to replace the part. But for 3 days I was without AC. They gave me fan, but it wasn't convenient. They need to provide me with some kind of compensation for the inconvenience

First they could not locate our reservation Next they had some tech issue where cards automatically stop working Breakfast is not great - and they charge you extra for coffee if you are not content with their machine (which unfortunately does not make decent coffee)

Location Good but no amenities included

Very spacious room. About 10 minutes to the Temple Bar. If taking buses and tours they are about 10 to 15 minutes from this hotel. Location is good in general far enough from the noise but close enough to walk to the main attractions in Dublin. Room are spacious but bedding such as pillow and blankets can be improved. Pillows were so thin, almost felt like there was none, same for the blanket Pool is misleading in the photos, it is not included in your stay nor the sauna. We booked mainly because we though pool and sauna were included but they weren't I get that spa services are usually extra but for the price per room it should at least include pool and sauna.

Great service

Experience was really good with onky a few issuses which were resloved by staff quickly and efficiently. One staff member on the front desk was polite, efficient credit to your hotel. Think her name was emily younge girl, blonde hairate teens early 20s.
