Stayed here recently and overall it was sound. The room was clean and tidy, beds were proper comfy so no complaints there. The pool was boss too — nice and warm, perfect for a chill before heading out. Only downside was we couldn’t use room service because the restaurant was “too busy”, which was a bit of a let-down when you just want to stick your feet up and get fed. Also, I messaged the hotel through Expedia before we arrived asking if we could leave our bags somewhere safe before and after check-in, just so we weren’t dragging them round all day — but never got a reply. Bit disappointing that, to be honest. Apart from that, decent stay overall, but a little communication wouldn’t hurt!

The staff were very friendly and nice. This is a very old hotel. My bathroom was small, could only fit 1 person. The door could not close. Dirty hallway carpets. A corridor door was missing a handle. No water unless you order food. No ice machine. They say you can’t bring outside food but their restaurant is over priced and the food was not good. The pics look far better than the reality. It’s not close to anything. The convention centre is very nice. I would not stay here again if I had a choice.
