Great location in the center of Dublin opposite the park. Renovated rooms.. Staff and the Concierge were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast venue could be better, low ceiling, very loud for a breakfast.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing location! Concierge service was poor - didn't really have suggestions for simple requests. But Dublin is a great place to wander and explore. Housekeeping changed towels every day despite us trying to hang them to use again. Overall, would definitely stay again!!

On my first trip to Ireland years ago I stayed at the Fitzwilliam and it was such a wonderful experience that when my son and I decided to go for two weeks, I knew that I wanted the Fitzwilliam to be part of our Dublin experience. The Fitzwilliam did not disappoint. From the minute, our cab pulled up, we were treated like special guests, and with that wonderful Irish friendliness that I love so much. Everything was top-notch. The room, the breakfast buffet, the amenities and everyone that works there. The location at Saint Stephen’s Green is top notch and convenient to everything. Please treat yourself to this wonderful hotel if you’ll be in Dublin. I certainly hope I’ll get to go back again.

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional concierge services. I traveled solo, and felt very safe. The concierge went above and beyond to help guide and recommend day trips. The food is excellent, and it's extremely clean. There's a mall close by in case you need personal care or other purchases. It's in an excellent location in Dublin. I would definitely return.
