An absolutely stellar hotel - staffed by some of the finest people we met during our 3 weeks in Ireland. Gorgeous public spaces and beautiful, well-appointed guest room - special s/o to Kenneth at the valet parking who was our first introduction to this hotel. We will definitely return and this will be the only hotel in Dublin we will ever choose.

Not the usual high standard “Noisy Room”

This was our fourth stay at the Hotel, The location and amenities are excellent. This trip was marred by a few conditions that failed their usual high standards. The first two are just small annoying elements, no shower gel on arrival and the toilet paper wasn’t replaced, having to go and track down a maid on the corridor for replacement. The major difficulty was the noise from the work being carried out on the adjacent building. A quite lay in was out of the question. I would expect a warning on the website or arrival, information given to us by the taxi driver going to the airport was this had been going on for quite some time. Checking out we were asked about our stay, I told the receptionist about our problems her answer was “ I’ll make a note on your file and offered us a free drink voucher for the bar that wasn’t open the time 10:45. I felt no empathy and it appeared they don’t know how to respond to negative comments. We will go back to the Hotel, but I will be qualifying conditions before arriving.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Dublin

We loved this property--the location was great (even though the actual street it's on has a bit of a homeless encampment, it also has a police station and a fire station). It's a couple of blocks from Grafton St., and right across the street from Trinity College (and when the gate is open you can across the campus). The staff was INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY, and helpful. We accidentally took a key from our previous airbnb stay, and they offered to return it for us. The restaurant and bar are beautiful, and the rooms are new and clean. It was a good value for the money!

I love the property and it’s location, bathrooms could be improved specially illumination. Bed was too small and again I couldn’t get an upgraded for Gold Member. The only complaint is the cleaning staff. They start at 7/7:30 slamming doors and buckets and chatting and it’s really annoying. They should consider that some people are just in a holiday and want to sleep or relax or just not wake up with slamming doors.
