Great location and service

A friend and I stayed here and it was an excellent location for exploring Dublin on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They organized a ride to the airport for us and were available with an umbrella on a rainy day. We had a nice dinner at the bar. The drinks were great! And the beds were comfortable and the room surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Definitely recommend this hotel for location and service!

The hotel felt dated; the design choices for the room were somewhat questionable and it seemed worn. The room could have been vacuumed better. The twin bed setup was quite strange, but that was my mistake booking a room like that. The hotel’s vibe was a bit strange, like its aim was upscale (and clientele reflected that), but the common areas skewed older and gaudier. Dublin was great - and the location of the hotel was too. But it felt off staying there. And the staff could have been friendlier. A three-star hotel aiming for bigger things but not reaching the goal. Overall, it needs to be renovated and to feel more modern.

Beautiful hotel. Hotel lobby is gorgeous and so is the bar/restaurant area. Staff are super friendly and helpful with anything that you may need. Conveniently located very close to Trinity College and Temple Bar region, which is walkable. Would love to stay at this property again.

No parking on site. They say it is on their website, but it is obscure, and does not accurately depict the parking experience. There is NOTHING about the lack of parking on Expedia. The parking facility is 1 km away from the hotel, but due to one way streets, the drive back to the hotel to get your bags is actually 4 km. And it is a MAZE to try and navigate. Also, if you are paying 370 Euro (600 CAD) a night for a suite, you shouldn't have to be dragging your bags through the restaurant to the back door, and up two flights of stairs. Room was nice, but would not recommend this hotel if you are driving.
