Plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance (also a liquor store conveniently placed across the street). Easy access to lake Walk. Would take a staycation there again.

The hotel was quiet and clean. It is a bit dated and could use a refresh. But the bed was comfortable and the suite was huge. We also liked that it was walkable to shopping and dining. Would have been nice to have a view of the lake but the price was better because we didn't. The receptionist at the front desk was supper friendly and inviting! We enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

The male staff on Thur night 1/16 and that we called on Thur 1/23 was rude and not helpful at all. The girls in the morning 1/18 and 1/19 were very helpful, kind and supportive. The property was well maintained and clean.

Needs some improvement for the price charged.

If the cost was not so high, I would have given a better rating. However for over 200$ for one night stay, I found the rooms to be less then expected. There is an odor one would expect when in a very old house or building. The sound proofing is also very poor, we could hear every noise outside our room. The refrigerator was rattling because of a loose panel inside. There also was no option on the TV for streaming services, just cable TV. On check out, there were 4 of us waiting at the desk for over 5 minutes with nobody present at the desk, and it was after 10 a.m. in the morning. While I normally don't complain about a hotel stay, when I pay that much for one nights stay, I definetly expect more. I would compare this stay to what I would expect at a Holiday Inn.

Good location for bentleyville. Priced higher for the event. There was some noise - but it was mostly for folks in the hallways. Room to room noise was not an issue. Would stay again.

It was easy to get to and convenient for where we wanted to be in canal park. Lobby was nice and staff were welcoming. The bed was not made and dirty from previous guests. Toilet was not cleaned. We called and housekeeping came right away to remedy it. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you.

Comfortable & spacious, great location

Wasn't sure what to expect based on others' reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. We received a ground floor room with a window, super high ceilings and a kitchenette, making the room seem huge. The two double beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small and could use updating, but was sufficient. Water in shower should be hotter. Breakfast was decent, better than some. Lots of seating available. My daughters used the pool, which was very busy & noisy. They said the hot tub was lukewarm and got hit by a flying ball while in it. Location is great even in mid January. We attended a figure skating competition at Amsoil & DECC and were able to walk there and back. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and close to everything.
