Had a great two night stay for luminar. Rooms have been recently upgraded and very fresh and modern. Very nice bathroom and large flat screen. Breakfast was excellent. Always hot and fresh with full breakfast and healthy options. Appreciated that one hot plate has all the meats and another with all vegetarian options with plenty fresh eggs. Very nice coffee from new bean to cup machines. Really impressed and already looking at booking same hotel for Luminar next year.

All of the staff were very courteous and professional, special mention to Lucy working at the bar, she was exceptional

This was the first time I have stayed away by myself since my husband died 4 years ago and I had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. My room was superb as were all the staff. Thank you so much. I definitely will be back.

Loved it. Basic but nice spa. The hotel breakfast was great, as was the dinner. The service in all parts of the hotel was excellent. We played squash, used the gym, spa, and games room. The only downside of the games room was that some bits for the games were missing but we had fun nonetheless. The bar had live music on the Friday night and the bar area had board games and chess tables. Beautiful views. Lovely room.

Amazing hotel. This is my 5th stay here. Only 2 gripes were the lift not working and we wer ein the 3rd floor and it was roasting even though we had the radiators off! Will definitely be back again though.
