This striking custom-built Cape Cod design features 4 expansive, luxurious bedrooms, 3 ½ beautifully tiled baths, a designer kitchen with Corian counter-tops, state-of-the-art, stainless steel appliances, Mexican tile, and wide oak flooring throughout. The beautiful décor features fine examples of English country pine furniture and stylish fabrics creating a motif that exudes quality. The natural light and comfort level of this vacation home have already appealed to a discerning clientele worldwide. A brand new, mahogany pool deck (photos will be updated in spring of 2025), heated swimming pool, central air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet access, and an expansive covered porch are just a few of the amenities this stunning traditional offers within a short stroll to marinas and glorious sunsets over the harbor!

The rental rate for rentals less than 30 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional).

For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days.

For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.

As we upgrade kitchens and laundry rooms, we are upgrading to Energy Star certified appliances.
