Lovely place, late breakfast.

Delightful couple that own Arbor View. Breakfast was good but not ready until 9:30 or later. Comfortable bed and charming room. Felt breakfsst should have been ready much earlier.

This is a very lovely place to stay. Quaint and charming decor and very clean. The hosts, Wilfred and Veda, are wonderful and make your stay comfortable. You feel like you’re part of their family! The breakfast ( brunch really) is fantastic and can be based on any dietary restrictions you may have. By dinner time, I was still full from brunch! We were sad to leave!

This is a charming B&B where you can relax and unwind. Our room was very comfortable. The hosts, Veda and Wilfred, are a delightful couple that made us feel more like family than guests. Veda is a marvelous cook, and the breakfasts were fantastic. We had a marvelous vacation at Arbor View House in the North Fork wine country. We will be back.

Charming B&B.

Arbor View is in a great location close to Greenport, but away from the crowds. You need a car. The owners cook a great breakfast, and the decor is in a lovely Victorian style with a beautiful and quiet garden. Spotlessly clean. Great service. Not a great cable package, if that is important to you. We were on L.I. for a wedding and Arbor View really enhanced our weekend - the owners make you feel very much at home.

The place is seriously overpriced. At $300 per night, you get a shabby room with a door that can't be locked (and the handle is about to fall off), a loud A/C, breakfast that's supposed to be eaten together with the other guests and hosts. Not a good romantic getaway. Not at this price at least. The room looked clean; however, I saw a hostess picking up ice tongs off the floor (she dropped them accidentally when serving iced water) and placing them right back on the tray, without washing. So after about 20 minutes or so of looking around, I ended up leaving. For someone who values a friendly atmosphere over the conditions of the room, this may be a good getaway (although still an overpriced one): the hosts were exceptionally nice.

Very Happy.

B&B did not have or reservation but where very accommodating and got our room together very quickly. I felt bad since I booked through expedia for the first time and the website said we did not need to confirm. Next time I will make sure to confirm. Hosts Veena and Wilfred were so kind and the coffee and breakfast every morning was wonderful. Would highly recommend this for a great stay.
