Very Lovely Place, Nice Architecture.

No one was on site to check me in. Baggage disappeared and porter did not say where he left it. Check in was frightening they had no record of the change to my booking made with the hotel management. It took 30 minutes to call management and find my room!! No apologies were offered. All round most unpleasant

We had a great stay at Harborside Inn. The staff allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. They made recommendations of places to go and eat. Our room was huge. It had a fridge. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot, but no big deal. The walls are a little thin(we heard the baby next door screaming). Thankfully that wasn’t every night. They don’t offer breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant attached has excellent omelets. The hotel was very convenient for everything that we wanted to see, which was just about everything. It is located right by the ferry.

We used Lyft so can’t speak about parking, which is certainly an issue in Boston. The staff was professional and personable, place spotless, nice to have a 24h desk and small Tuck Shop for midnight snacks etc. Bedding and linens super nice, pillows and beds do comfy it was hard to get up. My better half asked me, How will it all fit? (?!what? What do you mean?) How can we fit these beds and pillows in our suitcase! (Rolls over)….quiet, easy to control thermostat, and the room was impressively thought out for disabled wheelchair access plus easily cleanable in case pets have an accident. Really loved the mid-century 60’s style of the building, yet brought up to speed with some youthful edgy decor. A short Lyft or Uber to MGH where we were heading. Loved it!
