the breakfast choices were extremely limited, and not user friendly. the cleanliness in the room was not as it used to be. - ants in the bathroom, and smears on the wooden furniture. front desk staff were helpful though.

Quiet. Beds comfortable. ¹Room seemed to have been refurbished recently. Pretty good value for the money. Continental breakfast is basically juice, coffee, toast and bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. Would have been nice to have some yogurt and bananas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were no towels a the pool and they immediately gave me a stack of towels. I couldn’t figure out which tv channel, called the front desk, and they helped immediately. The negative was breakfast. It was lacking with no fruit, spoiled milk, and not a large selection. I think this was due to being the off season so the breakfast was much more simplified than it would be during the busy summer season (I would think the milk just spoiled because there weren’t many people staying over so the milk sat longer than usual. The staff took care of the milk right away.) Overall a convenient, affordable, hotel that was well maintained and had a friendly staff and a nice pool.

Great location with a budget-friendly price. Also had one of the largest indoor pools we have seen at this price point. Staff were incredibly friendly at check in and were quick to help with the one small issue we had when our key card stopped working. The continental breakfast was a little sparse, but the property emailed us immediately after booking to tell us that it would be. We would stay here again for sure!

Hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. Pleasant demeanor and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came in each day to clean up in the bathroom and empty trash bins. No complaints.

Trudane at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The toilet in the room kept runnng, so we had to shake the handle every time we used it. The hotel is near many restaurants and stores and also walking distance to the downtown area.

Older property but decently remodeled. Room & beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was a turnoff as it was in attached restaurant which was dark & old. Coffee was terrible & food options poor.

After I booked I was sent a message that breakfast would be modified and hot tub was closed. We went to breakfast the next morning, they had some frozen Lender's bagels(6), 4 pieces of white bread and a handful of prepackaged muffins. A waffle iron was available, but the batter dispenser was empty. It was 7:30 am and breakfast started at 7 am. Also some unspecified dry cereal. We went across the street to Mary Ellen's Portuguese Bakery. The bakery was amazing! The hotel should give out vouchers for breakfast instead of embarrassing themselves with the low effort they put into their "breakfast". We attempted to go to dinner and drinks at the hotel. When we walked in we were told we could stay but they had no bartender so we could only have beer or wine. We decided to walk to another restaurant. The bright spot of the hotel was the man at the front desk, Trudane was an absolute joy and had several recommendations about where we could go for dinner. He had a pleasant demeanor and a friendly smile. The hotels location was walkable to restaurants. The pool was adequate, no towels available. I recommend bringing your own towels as the 24 hour front desk often had a sign with a phone number to call for help. No maid service was offered, again call the phone number if you need anything! The room was ok. It was February vacation and I feel they should have been prepared for guests.
