Compare Hotels with Parking in Eden Prairie

First I will talk about the staff. The staff were very polite and kind. At check-in Aaron was helping us and was beyond polite. The pool was great and wpuld highly recommend poolside. There were some minor things but in reality when you have great service it truly makes up for it and makes complaints far less likely. I would highly recommend this place and hiring more people like Aaron! Would come back. Thanks.

Parking ramp was confusing, breakfast was great. Had separate things for people who have celiac disease.. my room didn't have soap, otherwise everything else was clean and no problems.

The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even a knock….. Not a great first time at this property!!! Front desk apologized and gave us breakfast buffet coupons for both rooms…..mehhhhhhhhhh…
