I had to go through too much just to get 3 extra dry towels! Front desk never answered their phones the whole stay overall its very clean

Sergio got me in a room early and went above and beyond. Marshall. He was such a nice, professional person. He really went above and beyond to help us.

The images make the property look newer than it is. It is “pretty beat up” compared to what I expected. I’m not sure if it’s the arrangement of the room, construction, or just a noisy group but I think I got my worse hotel sleep because I could hear a lot of noise coming from the hall. Breakfast and staff made the stay decent overall.

Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis.

Beds are uncomfortable. The King was okay for a hotel. Bunks and pullout couch were lumpy, uncomfortable, missing linens (when called, twice, nobody brought them). Kids were cold. Most attractiond close early and waterpark does not open until 10 am.
