This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful with all my questions, and made my stay wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edinburgh. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip there.

Housekeep need an attitude adjustment

We arrived four hours before check-in after traveling internationally for 17 hours and asked if our room could be cleaned early. we were advised that they would try. The room was still not ready when we checked back an hour before check-in. it was ready precisely at check in. Having worked in the hotel industry, we know that more could have been done to get us in the room early. The dining room staff did its best to make us comfortable but housekeeping did not seem interested in helping us.

The best thing about this Hilton is the location,central and convenient for exploring Edinburgh. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match the brand. The entrance area is chaotic and hard to access by car, no one assisted with luggage, and the property is under active renovation, which makes the stay feel disorganized. I was directed to an off-site “discounted” car park but received no discount. Breakfast was poor and not up to Hilton’s usual quality. The room itself was fine, but the overall operation felt messy. Perhaps it will improve once renovations are complete; for now, I’d look elsewhere if you value smooth service.

Our stay was ok, what would have been nice is to have more detail on the website. The hotel exterior was under renovation If you have a car, parking is quite away from the hotel and will cost 30$ per day. The view out or window was where pigeons collect and has poop all over the place and it’s very noisy!

There seemed to be a lot of potential. The concierge was amazing, friendly, and helpful. My main concern was all the construction out front. It was very noisy when you exited the building and there was scaffolding blocking the view from our room. The rooms were clean and what you would expect from Hilton. The location was excellent very centered around nearly all attractions. If I were to come again, I'd stay in a quieter area in a hotel not under going renovations.
