I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was clean and had the basic amenities you would expect from a 3-star property. The staff were polite and helpful, though service was more functional than warm. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location was convenient for getting around, and the price is quite high for what was offered. However, the hotel could use some small updates to feel a bit fresher.

I stayed a premium room and was impressed with the room. The linens (specifically the towels and robe) were very rough. The location is perfect, walkable to most everything you want to see in the area and close so many dining and pub options!

Staff was terrific! Great location! However, windows were sealed closed and could not get fan to work properly. A staff member adjusted it and it was ok for a short while. Very warm, stuffy in room. No air circulation.
