What a stunning place! Also loved the ease of having an entry code and the automated door. Beautiful clean room and amenities. Would love to come back.
This hotel is on a quiet street off the Royal Mile. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. Access to the building was easy and it was nice they provided luggage storage after check out. I loved the property because it was and old converted church-the windows were beautiful.
The people we met were incredibly helpful and friendly and the proximity of the restaurant next door was wonderful! Great place to visit Edinburgh from.
Excellent location, street at night was a bit noisy waking us, maybe due to hostel across the street? but the apartment was beautiful and worth it due to location.
Really nice and well kept. The only downside was the washer/dryer unit. Took forever to dry and was very loud. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful!

This was our favorite place we stayed in our entire 12 day trip. The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious and well designed, and the historic window was the cherry on top. We would definitely stay there again.
Lovely flat! The bed was very comfortable, which I find to be important when staying in a hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware if you wanted to cook instead of eating out. There were only a few things to complain about. The sofa had a few spots that needed cleaning, it was also extremely uncomfortable, and the shower was very slippery so proceed with caution. I ended up stubbing my toe pretty bad on the drain. Over all though, great property.

Great stay! Perfect location right off the Royal Mile. Apartment was beautiful and had great personality. The restaurant next door (Larder) was a fantastic way to start the day. I loved how well the automated access actually worked.
We had a terrific time in Edinburgh and choosing this place to stay helped in that immensely. The location to central Royal Mile doesn't get much better. The apartment had everything that you could think of. A full kitchen, coffee/teas, lots of linens, etc. Artisan pizza right next door (3 Blind Mice) was suggested by property and was fantastic as well. They will suggest your parking options, but keep that in mind for really ANY property in the Old Town--just an FYI. They have a very polished system for emailing, alerting, info, etc. I reached out to them and was replied to very quickly. Very nice and clean place to stay in a memorable city worth visiting!

Beautiful, spacious and well worth it!
The flat was beautiful! It had everything i needed. It was so spacious and I loved the way the sun would come in through the ornate windows in the morning. It was perfectly centrally located. Close to everything. I only wish i had been staying in Edinburgh longer to enjoy the flat even more.
Property was very pretty but my suite was on the 3rd floor and my bedroom was on the 4th. The stairs were really too much for me to handle. There should have been some information about this. It was nice to have a full kitchen and the space was quite comfortable. Other than having WAY too many stairs and no elevator, it was an enjoyable stay.
This property was fantastic!! Excellent location in old town with close access to several dining and shopping options. The views from our room were great. Felt safe throughout our stay. Great value. Highly recommend!
The linton collection was an excellent apartment block in a very good location just off the royal mile. There was a great speak easy type cocktail bar next door called the three blind mice and it was easy to walk to most actractions from the apartment. I would highly recomend the apartment as it had an excellent bathroom with a brilliant shower and free molton brown products to use. Great heating for winter stays and a fan provided if needed. The apartment had a Comfortable double bed and a lovely large lounge and kitchen area with a tv and washing machine. It is pricey to stay in Edinburgh but I think this apartment was worth every penny we paid for it and would deffinatly stay here again.
Another fantastic stay at the Blackfriars lofts This was our second time spending Christmas here and it was just so perfect! Beautiful apartment with a kitchen and everything needed to make up a lovely Christmas lunch! So clean and literally just off the Royal Mile.

Better then a hotel
Great loft in the middle of old town and easy walk to Princess st.
Although I am not a fan of properties with no on site staff, this one worked out. Not having access to email, I was able to call and get the information needed to check in. The man I spoke with was professional, understanding and helpful.
The place itself is terrific-immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable with an onsite kitchen (only for small meal preparation) with an espresso machine, dishwasher and, most importantly, a washer/dryer which took a little time to figure out.
Close to Waverly train station on a quiet block. Highly recommend.
