Convenient and extremely comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised by this place conveniently just across from the train station. It was welcomed when I got late to Edinburgh. Their lounge offered a great view, had a good vibe all around and was extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of my trip.

The bedding needed to be changed it was covered in small hairs. When we asked for new bedding the receptionist and person bringing new bedding were not friendly and seemed put out. In addition, in the loft we had one bartender who was very dismissive when he learned we wouldn’t be eating or getting more than one drink. Other than that our stay was decent. We loved location and most staff were friendly.

Champagne Supernova!

Beautiful new hotel within walking distance to all major sites & right next to train station. Super friendly & helpful staff. Complimentary champagne on arrival is a lovely touch, as is the free mini bar & snacks in room, not often offered by hotels nowadays! Our room was clean & cosy with all mod cons. Stunning views from 7th floor bar. Loved our stay, thank you :)
