Very Dissappinted

Our sink had leak underneath. Water was poring out when we used it. We’re running late for a wedding upon arrival so we didn’t have a moment to tell them. Early the next morning - I told the front desk. I emailed her a video. She said she would have it fixed. We were leaving again and couldn’t change rooms. I requested them to comp our room that night. Get it fixed. We returned late the evening. Housekeeping had not come and sink wasn’t fixed. We went to bed. We woke up to housekeeping coming in our room without evening knocking. Upon check out I kindly expressed my disappointment and would like a full refund. Sadly we used our reward points for half of it. So I am disappointed on every level. I asked the GM to call me tomorrow. We will see.

Soft Beds, Sticky Floors

The carpet felt sticky, which wasn’t pleasant, but the beds were clean and extremely soft. The room had a neutral smell—not bad, but not fresh either. The tub finish was peeling, which gave the bathroom a run-down feel, and I was disappointed that there was no lotion provided with the toiletries. Overall, some things were fine, but the details definitely left room for improvement.

Both Expedia and This hotel messed up my reaervation. My whole afternoon was ruined on a saturday. Terrible exerience and the Hotel manager cluld have fixed it all but rather chose the double booking and free money over a guest. It was unreal, Mariot should look into their practices this highly unethical decisio. Ruined my vacation 100%. Experiean did reburse the reservation so incluld book elswhere. Complelty and utterly dissappoinyed, too bad you cant issue NEGATIVE stars.

Where to begin. From the time I got there to the time I left there was a dead roach in the lobby. First room I entered 138 dog hair all in the bed talk to guy at front desk get room 140 human hair in bed shower dirty snot tissue in the drawers how hard is it to clean? Never again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott - OKC North, and I must commend the exceptional hospitality and customer-centric focus I experienced during my visit. The Front Desk Manager, Jeana Vorakoth, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When we encountered an issue with our original room due to someone smoking in it, Jeana promptly and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for our well-being made a significant difference in our stay. Jeana's dedication to providing outstanding service is truly commendable, and she is a shining example of what excellent customer service should be.
