From the time we arrived the personal was extremely friendly and polite. My husband wanted a microwave in our room so he called and we hot one delivered to our room. The room was specious and well taken care of.

Not worth the price.

Hotel breakfast is poor with little options only, not worth for the price paid, staff is nice but maintenance cleanliness is not done properly. They never come to do the room service cleaning for your entire stay, change sheets. Lobby carpets are dirty. Will not stay there again

Great family get away

Great little get away with the family. Room was decent .. could have been a little bigger for the 4 of us but was fine. Quiet room. Loved the eco friendly products in the bathroom. Close to West Edmonton Mall. Front desk was accommodating with any requests.

Always stay here when I’m in the city.

It was great. I usually stay here when I’m in Edmonton. I’m familiar with the staff too. I usually run into a lot of family or people I know from home when I stay here too. But the breakfast is the best part !!!
