The rooms were nice the elevators were so stinky every time we used them it would make you gag. We had one multiple occasions had interaction with unsafe people outside. While waiting for a ride one guy tried to sneek up on us from behind using proective gear. He was trying to hid whwn i n9ticed hia odd behaviors and we went back inside to get away. Another instance we had drug addicted people trying to convince us to let them into the tower and use the elevator.

The expedia site indicated breakfast available which meant a restaurant was attached. This was misleading as it implied included. The bed was also very tired and not comfortable. The staff were very freindly and helpful. The pool and hottub were a great addition and the gym was good.

I like the fact that it was close to the West Edmonton Mall which is why I picked that hotel for the location. However I had to change my room because I did not have any heat and when they put me in another room, I had the same problem. The heat came on but for a short time. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and I could barely brush my teeth or wash my face. I did tell someone at the front desk, but nothing was done. I know they had issues with the pipes , but should you of put me in a room where everything was working. Did anybody else have an problem with their heat and water pressure in the bathroom sink?

Most confusing building layout I've ever stayed at. Plus got here and the pool is closed for maintenance, the pool and location were the main reasons I choose this hotel. Never staying here again.
