This is based on the findings that we had prior to the front end manager making things right.
For being a suite, there was a lot of issues. There were stains on the bathroom door and I was disgusted every time I went in and left the bathroom. My boyfriend pulled on the handle of the bedroom door and it completely came off which is a fire hazard. The door stopper behind the bedroom door was broken and there were stains on the cover of the bed. I was also looking forward to having a washer/dryer in the room especially with a messy toddler, but they should advised people that it takes 3 hours for clothes to dry. It’s a washer/dryer combo in one so there is no heating vent. But it sounded like it was pouring water every 15 mins so I thought I didn’t have it on the right setting. I had to bring my wet clothes to my in-laws to dry on Christmas morning. They should also communicate that they don’t supply laundry detergent but can pay $4 for a small box for one load in their vending machine.
I did let the front desk know about all the issues and she did give us a discount and try to make things right. My review is based off of what sort of things they could fixed in order to make the price worth the stay for a suite for people. They need to take the time to make paint touch-ups for stains and actually do some updates to the hotel to make it worth the price to stay. I’m not sure if I will stay there again, unfortunately.
