I specifically asked the top highest suite facing the downtown core 3 times. And recieved a less than ideal view. I washed some clothes left the suite and csme back to a flooded rug. Called downstairs " we'll send someone up". They never did come up. The suite was not cleaned once during our weekend stay. The main entrance was not locked so anyone could access it. I will not be staying there anymore. Good ridance.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Room service was quick and the food was good. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely stay again!
