Aside from the very accommodating front desk staff, this stay was one to forget. Our first room was only half cleaned, with used towels and the like still in the room. Our second room was dark, with no exterior windows and an ancient loud air conditioner that could wake the dead. Thankfully our third room, which we were provided an upgrade for, was much cleaner and actually ready for guests to stay in. The front desk staff was excellent and went well beyond expectations to make sure we were satisfied. They do need more staff at the front desk though during check in times. The overall hotel is dated, the beds aren’t very comfortable and there’s often garbage piled outside of people’s rooms. Guests also were smoking just outside of entrances and it could be smelled inside before even opening the door. Would I stay here again or recommend it to anyone I know? Absolutely not. There are surely better options in the area.

It looks much nicer in the pictures than in person. The area is sketchy. If you do stay, don't stay in the main building, and instead in the tower, which is much better, but still not great.

Waited in line for check in - no problem. Observed a front desk agent throw an envelope at an Indigenous man that was asking for something left behind the desk for him. Observed the same front desk agent yell out “it smells like weed, do you smell weed?” While helping a family and while I was waiting to get checked in. The front desk agent that checked me in failed to notify me of any dinning amenities on the property let alone give me direction to my room which was in the tower. I walked into the foyer of the tower - windows were very dirty, floor was dirty, the vending machines were empty. Went to my room - very gross smell - smelled very unclean. The bed was slanted and uncomfortable. The blue chair in the corner had white stains on it. The windows were dirty. I tried to turn the nightstand light on and found it to be unplugged and while plugging it in found a vile of white powder - appeared to be drugs. Looked behind the other nightstand there was garbage. Took a shower the night of and the tiles were slimey so I had to use the rubber bathmat which thank goodness was new and unused. I slept on top of the bedding ask I didn’t trust that the bedsheets were unclean. Will never stay at a Sandman hotel again.

Good for quick stay. WiFi has degraded and is almost unusable - I think neighboring properties will be used in the future. This used to be our regular go-to and WiFi was never a problem but the last few times has turned us off returning

Pool and hot tub were nice, amenities and restaurants close by, friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner or window must have been leaking because there was a 2 foot strip of carpet along the back wall that was soaking wet.

It looks nuce but the room was the size of a closer. Strangest abd smallest hotel room i have even been in. The bed was very uncomfortable hard and lumpy, i was in so much pain when I woke up. The paking lot was also filled with drug addicts harassing you. I was really looking forward to my stay but ended up regretting it. The staff member at check in was very sweet and the place was clean so that was good but definitely a shock when i arrived.

The hotel has friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. However, the soundproofing could be better, the walk from the front desk to the tower rooms goes outside, and the water pressure in the shower is quite weak.
