The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and had a great sleep despite the hotel sitting between 2 main arteries of traffic flow. There was a Denny’s restaurant on site and that may have contributed to not feeling comfortable out in the parking lot as we got in very late from a concert. Inside the hotel we felt very safe. There are hotel staff on all night😀

The building that has no way to check in and needs key cards to get around should not have a large lit up sign saying entrance/welcome. Not well planned simple signage would help. Made check in unpleasant. The room smelt very strongly of smoke. Our son has bad asthma. We vacationed to the west to get away from the prairie smoke. He used his puffer twice in the first ten minutes of entering the room. The bed had two noticeable indents on the mattress. Worn out. Wasn’t horrible but overall disappointing.

Excellent customer service to the staff who checked us in, Jonard. The duvet on our bed was not cleaned by the housekeeping but he quickly replaced it with a new one.

the lobby is dirty it should be clean all the time, make sure the room doesn't smell like cigarettes, carpets in the rooms have a foul smell. Upon entering the hotel it doesn't seem like a hotel.
