Upon arrival the appearance of the outside of the hotel was not updated, when we got to our room as soon as we opened the door it reeked of something someone cooked (and continued to smell like that for the whole stay), the room was disgusting. It had mold all over the bathroom and the couch was filthy, also the A/C did not work. When we informed the front desk they said “oh yeah that probably doesn’t work I’m gonna be honest with you”. Overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here.

Room could definitely used a remodel. Carpet is horrible in the room and throughout the hallways, bath vanity was perviously resurfaced and now it’s cracked and chipping. Obvious leaks have occurred with no repairs done to the walls or ceiling, the beds feel as if they are going to collapse when you sit on them. Now I know why it was such a great day but I much rather stay at the Marriott across the street again. I won’t be reserving a room at this hotel in the future.

Very outdated, we were there a week and our room never was serviced, the tub was not draining, we informed the front desk twice and did not get resolved, and to top it off the light from the bathroom went out. First time staying here, will definitely be the last.

The front desk was very helpful in finding us one of our rooms to check in early for our business meeting. The business center was perfect for scanning and emailing to our associates. The shuttle was very convenient and easy to use. The facility itself is used, but clean and efficient. Met our needs completely.

Everything has been as I wanted and expected EXCEPT the airport shuttle. I have a very early flight and the airport shuttle isn't available until after my flight leaves. I missed the operating hours of the shuttle on the website, or it isn't posted there.
