We have stayed here off and on for years, but this may be the last time. The rooms are tired and in need of remodel. The breakfast was terrible this time. Coffee was empty every time we went for a refill. They have two waffle irons and no syrup available. No oatmeal. They needed another attendant to help out.

The room is in bad shape no maintenance. cleanliness: The walls were dirty and the wall paper was falling, the fridge had mold inside. the carpet floors were also peeling off. the Staff: When I arrived one of the front desk agent didn't even tried to welcome me, it was an old person if he doesn't want to work so Don't. I explained the situation to the front desk agent Aguilera at the check out and he told me to contact Expedia for a discount and he will approve it that's it.

Unfortunately we did find a dirty pair of socks in our room which leads us to believe how well did they clean our room. Every time we attempted to go downstairs to speak with staff they were busy and we were not able to address it. We were not aware that there were no USB charging ports in the room so we had to go out in the middle of the night to buy a port to charge our phones. When we also turned on the fan in the bathroom it smelt burnt.
