Outdated and No Hot Water.

There was literally no hot water in our room. It was horrible. The whole room is terribly dingy. The look is modern but upon closer inspection it is very dinged up and old.

Great Spot to Stay in El Paso Downtown

Overall the Hotel Indigo was a great experience. For our first time to El Paso it provided at GREAT location to access downtown, the baseball game, and many restaurants within walking distance. The valet service was fast and attentive so there was very little wait. The Indigo staff was overall good. William was the front desk attendant and was attentive to several questions I had including local food options (they were perfect suggestions to!) The rooms were easy to get to and the security features with the room cards were nice as well. There were a couple of issues that were disappointing. The AC in our room did not keep the room cold and in fact was more humid than cold. We told the staff but there attempt to fix did not do much. The ceiling above the shower looked to be patched but the paint and the area was not well finished and looked pretty rough. In the men's restroom in the lobby there appeared to be some patch work done behind a large portion of the wall in the stall. It was not painted or attended to so it looked pretty rough. All in all I liked my stay at the Indigo and would return! The fixes and attention to detail would only make it that much better!

The only reason I’m putting a negative review is because I’m led to think my glasses were stolen from my room. I left housekeeping there and when I returned from an hour trip, my glasses were missing. It’s unfortunate because my stay was very positive.

Great times, beautiful spot to chill

The room was amazing, the hotel, had an amazing view of El Paso. Liked the pool area that had an area that someone could grab drinks and relax. It was a great experience for myself. Just wish the AC was easier to use, my room was set at 64, and when attempted to change the temp, the AC wouldn’t work.

Not Bad, Not Good

The front desk staff were amazing. The walls were very thin. We could hear children in the hallway after 12am and doors closing loudly. It definitely affected our sleep and comfort. This is the first upscale hotel that has happened with us.
