Staff was friendly, guests were nice, walking distance to San Jacinto plaza, drinks, food, bars, highly recommend mamacitas restaurant in the hotel lobby. Food was delicious! Around the corner is Reagan’s restaurant delicious truffle mushroom pizza, and steak. The lotus social house for drinks was good, bartender was friendly. Said the weekends they have a downstairs club. The pool was heated and warm in December. Room was great beds a little soft for my taste but still a great nights sleep. Theres valet parking come in and out for $22, charge to hotel room. There’s in no refrigerator in the room however. But other than that will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice hotel. The noise didn’t bother us from the bar, but we were on the 12th floor. The staff was amazing! The location was perfect! We had a bit of a busy problem with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of promptly. The hot water works, but takes forever to heat up. I guess, because it’s on such a high floor. My suggestion would be to turn the hot water on, go downstairs and eat breakfast, and then it should be warm by the time you get back up. Lol.

We did not utilize the bar this trip, but the area was good and the room was comfortable. I do wish for future stays that there were refrigerators and microwaves in the room.
