Great staff, clean rooms, nice pool.

Only negative was that breakfast was lots of carbs like walked, cereal, toast etc and the eggs are obviously out of a jug. Nothing really healthy, even the yogurt had sugars and natural flavors. The hot water in a couple of our rooms wasn't hot enough to enjoy a proper shower. This is an easy fix but needs to happen. Fantastic location for food options.

Do yourself a favor..don’t stay here!

I would not recommend this hotel. We checked in fairly late for a short layover the next morning. We were given a room where the HVAC system did not work at all (the fan wouldn’t even come on) and the toilet would not flush properly. We tried to call the front desk to address these issues but the phone just rang endlessly. Because of our limited time, we just gave up and went to bed in the cold and stuffy room. Needless to say, we couldn’t wait to leave!

Checked. in midnight. Barn door for closet/bathroom was dysfunctional. (Off rails/damages) we could not open. We were so tired we just squeezed through, or attempted. One larger indivual had to leave room to use restroom. Reported it at 6 am and front desk staff was very receptive and made note of it.

When I arrived at the property, they then informed me that I would have to walk a block away to go to their “ sister hotel” The Aloft It was 1:00 am in the dark of night. Then after checking in to discover that the thermostat in the room does not work and although showing it was set at 90°, the room was probably more likely 60° then to cap things off expecting a hot shower in the morning to feel warm again, another failure, hot water in the sink, but lukewarm water in the shower even one set to the hottest setting. I would not recommend either of these facilities very disappointing for Fairfield.

We were given a room that the heater didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk and they said can I give you extra blankets, we don’t have an engineer. We said we would prefer a different room. They gave us keys for two different rooms. One room hadn’t even been cleaned and the other didn’t have heat either.

Great stay in El Segundo! Felt safe as a solo lady

Starting from the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted warmly by Ashley, my stay was great. Hugo drove the shuttle I rode back and forth to the airport. I had a great stay and all staff was great, especially Amanda. She checked me in, then helped me the next day along with Tania. I did let the front desk know the room I was in had only moderate to low water pressure in the shower/tub.

Great location if you need to be by the airport, there's a Inn & Out right across the street. There's a bar on site and we loved the buffet breakfast. Food was average, but big selection. The only thing I would change is you do have to walk about 1/2 a block to park, but nothing to out of the way. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be by the airport in the future.
