Front Desk gave me the wrong room card and I walked in on other guests sitting & lying in their beds. I got the correct key/room. It was extremely hot so I turned the ac to 65 degrees to cool the room. My other guests came and we left for my daughter’s SU Graduation. We returned about midnight and the room was still a very hot 80 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the ac was not working and offered us fans. I said it was not acceptable. Front Desk said talk to the Manager in the morning. I did and she was the same person that checked in in. I explained the situation. She said it was a soft opening and that she had told me when I checked in that the ac wasn’t working and offered me fans. I told her she did not and it was a lie. I told her I was calling Corp Office to resolve since she would not. I called. They apologized, said they would open a case and send me an email to that effect. As of today I have not received an email.

Customer Service was great!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a night to see a show in town. We didn’t realize that the hotel had JUST opened (and it was a soft open) so there were of course kinks to the actual stay. For example, the AC was having an issue being used large-scale for the first time. Bit of a hitch but in no way ruined our time there. What REALLY stood out was the customer service! Russell at the front desk was so accommodating! He did everything to make our stay more enjoyable - he brought us a fan, switched our room to a more comfortable one, checked up on us, etc. He also handled guests who were much more irate about the AC hiccup with grace and a consistently patient disposition. He was handling the whole thing by himself and went above and beyond to try to make anyone’s stay more comfortable. We all can’t control things like whether your HVAC system will give you a hard time right after opening, but I feel like it will be handled in the right way as long as Russell is in charge!

Needs maintenance

Checked in 11pm after driving a long was so was looking forward to some rest. A/C wasn't working in the room, but the window opens just a crack, so cooling off the room wasn't really possible. The front desk later confirmed it was a whole-building issue. The room I was given had no strike plate on the door, making it not feel very secure. Checked out a little after 5am because I'd rather be back on the road than stay longer.

Staff is trying, please don’t be rude to them. No AC (mid May 2025) and windows won’t open. They say the system is down but feels like the heat’s on. Tv doesn’t work. Card didn’t work first time, had to return to desk. Chair seat is busted in. Pulled out freezer and doused the carpet with ice melt water ( not to temp). Desk promised fan which never materialized. Another guy checking out was irate, I tried to be polite; poor, poor lonely desk guy.

This place needs to be shut down

Terrible service. Mold in my bathroom. No hot water. The ceiling was peeling. They had no batteries in the tv. There was no proper lighting. The carpet was most disgusting. I don’t think I’ve ever had a nightmare hotel like this in my life till now.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the property at 1 am. The first key card for our room didn't work. We were moved to another room. It was occupied when we opened the door and the person inside screamed. We were moved to another room. That room was also occupied, but at least that guest didn't wake up. They key card didn't work at the next two rooms. The staff took another hour to finally locate a clean, unoccupied room with a door that actually unlocked. I've never experienced such a difficult and dangerous check-in.

Changed 5 rooms.

I have stayed in hotels worldwide but have never had this bad experience. When we reached the hotel, the receptionist gave us the room keys. - We went to the room and opened the door, and there was already another guest in that room. - Went back to the lobby, and they gave us another room. - Second room, same thing, there are some other guests in that room. - Like that it happened 1 more time. - 4th room the bathroom was not clean at all - Finally 5th room we got in. Overall, we were sent to 3 rooms which guests were already there. Also they start they mentioned that hotels.com did not mention that you need a king bed (which I had booked) and they did not have one room available. The receptionist mentioned that they will give a full refund which I have not gotten.
