Stayed here several times. This time the elevator sounded awful so we took the stairs. Heard many others talking about it also. Lots of running in the halls until about 11pm. All soaps in the shower were empty.

This property is amazing. It is spacious, comfortable, has a separate bedroom, beautiful clean pool and hot tub with a perfect temperature. Fantastic staff also

Good but could be better.

I normally REALLY like this hotel, and this time on the whole it was still a good place to stay. Problems this trip were: Picked up a wine glass from the cupboard and it had old wine remnants in it, some coffee cups had been merely rinsed not washed and had coffee residue in them. The hot tub had working water jets pushing water but air jets were not. No bubbles—which degrades the effect of the tub. And the reason I had booked the room was specifically to use the therapy of the hot tub for my husband's knee pain. I called ahead and asked if it was working. It was only half working.

Very nice hotel close to Corning Museum of Glass

We stayed at this hotel for one night, visiting the Glass Museum. Check-in was quick and efficient, staff was very kind and helpful. Location of hotel is great and within walking distance to the Corning Museum of Glass. The room is spacious, clean and well-appointed with a kitchenette. Liked the sink being separate from the bathroom. Nice shower, nice pool. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Liked the decor of the breakfast room. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great service from Courtney at the front desk; we were hoping for a 2 bedroom suite, and she went out of her way to accommodate us by getting us a room that had been out of service for deep cleaning. She went out of her way to give us the option, and had the room checked to make sure it was good to go. Thank you!
