The rooms are clean and roomy. The smoke smell in the public areas is the only thing I struggle with. The restaurant is good and staff is friendly.

OMG. Stay here if you can. Only one small challenge - thin walls and door gaps make it a bit noisy, but they supply ear plugs. Great people, great place 😁

Clean, room lots of neat knick knacks that just added charm to the place being in Rural Nevada, staff was great and hotel was quite!! Bed was very comfortable!! This will be my spot from now when I stay in Ely!!

Stayed here because it was close to our horses (at the fairgrounds) but pleasantly surprised. Nice room, friendly staff, lots of neat things to see. Reasonable prices too.

Room was clean but looking a little tired, needs some updating. Front desk gentleman wasn’t too accommodating or pleasant. Had to pay extra to get into my room at 2pm as check in is 3pm, despite the room being ready for occupancy. Restaurant food seems to have deteriorated . Couldn’t get a cup of tea… only coffee pods available in room. Thinking that the establishment needs a little push to improve.

Rooms are spacious and clean Beds are comfortable. Decor is dated with mining equipment kitsch, but the hotel’s name is Prospector, so to be expected. Rooms are non smoking which is good since there is enough smoke to go around in the casino. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very pet friendly. Gym is adequately outfitted. Indoor Pool was closed when I was there. I would recommend this hotel.
