Room was fairly spacious and quiet, but shower was a bit strange—control starts in (very) hot position, rotates to cold instead of usual vice versa, and design results in wet bathroom floor. Check-in is in the casino entrance, which of course is smoky, but luckily room was not smelly. No elevator as far as we could tell, so a bit of effort hauling stuff up. Staff was helpful in changing reservation,

We had never stayed here and were surprised and disappointed that they had NO coffee maker in room! Very inconvenient when you’re on the 7th floor and have to trek downstairs. Also, elevators were down for 7 hours or so and we had to use staff elevators causing us to wait each time. Escalators were down as well!☹️☹️☹️

This hotel is awesome, casino great. The rooms are spacious very clean beds very comfortable. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The room is large and so is the bathroom area. If you are ever in Ely NV best hotel to stay.

Great place especially if you have dogs! Super cute rooms, nice staff and plenty of lawn fir the dogs too enjoy.
