Smooth, fast check in, lovely room, amazing breakfast

My room hadn’t been cleaned - dirty toilet and someone’s earring on the bedside table. But apart from that it was fine.

The Atlantis hotel is showing its age a little now. We’ve been staying here regularly for about 10 years and it could do with some upgrades. But it’s in a great location, close to the train station, walking distance to many good restaurants, not far from Spencer st DFO and the price is very good.

Nice restaurant, pretty convenient location despite being further from central area

The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together.
