This was my second stay at Punthill Ivanhoe. The apartment was nice, modern, light and perfect for my purposes (visiting relatives in Austin Hospital and nearby Macleod). Penty of food options down the hill in Burgundy Street. Or if you don't want to walk back up the hill, easy drop off location for Ubereats or other. Amenities good (washer/dryer was v handy for me). There is traffic noise (especially around peak hr) but I tuned this out quickly and easily. Definitely staying again when the need arises.

Excellent apartment. Clean comfortable bed and spacious. Well equipped. Staff very helpful. Plenty of parking which you have to pay extra for. Near to superb Preston market. Plenty of places to eat and supermarket.

Owner was abolutely fantastic, I called prior to explain why we were staying and he was so accomodating. was a breeze to pick up keys and a breeze to return :)
