Clean room, poor staffing at the bar on Friday and Saturday nights having a major event at the BOK with only one person serving a full house. The hotel is nice, great location.

We waited in line for over an hour to get to the check in desk just to be told that our rooms were not ready. They could have easily told everyone in the long line that they didn't have our rooms ready. They did not care about anything that was going on and then when we got the room, the painting was noticebly pulled of the wall, there was a beetle on the bed and it was def not worth what we paid to be treated the way we did. We couldn't change rooms due to being sold out.
