I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite arriving at 4:00 PM, I didn’t get to my room until 6:30 PM due to a painfully long shuttle wait. I called for the shuttle 20 minutes before my arrival, yet I ended up waiting an entire hour. The driver’s excuse was that he didn’t hear his phone ring. To make matters worse, instead of going directly to the hotel, he drove around the airport multiple times to pick up other passengers, making the ride unnecessarily long. When I finally got to the hotel, the room quality was far below expectations. The cleanliness was a major issue: I found stains on the bed, debris on the floor, and even stains in the bathtub. Although the price was low, I expected a certain level of cleanliness, especially since I was there for an important interview. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you value timely service and cleanliness.

I didn't use the airport shuttle, but I noticed that it was definitely busy and being used. I haven't seen anyone that ever lost their temper regarding the service for the shuttle. The room was nice and offered plenty of room. I didn't realize that we had booked a double room instead of a handicap room, but the woman working the front desk during second shift was able to find us a shower chair to use and offered to move us downstairs to a bigger room. We ended up not taking it but we definitely enjoyed our stay. AC is definitely cold and the breakfast is definitely great!! I love the fact that our room was still serviced even though we were a stay over. I've stayed at other hotels in the past with other brands, and you don't always get service even if you stay over.

Had a roach on the wall, found a wash cloth on the curtain rod from previous person still on the rod. No ice bucket, first floor no ice, water fountain had gum in th specket and water was turned off of the water fountains, no signs on problems areas, Had to go to 2nd or 3rd flood for ice

Booked a King Suite, got a double. No explanation, just blaming third party and hotel. Received a roller bed with no sheets, old duvet, no follow-up from hotel. Poor service, no compensation from hotel. Very disappointed and won’t will never use this hotel chain again.

Terrible Experience!!!

The room wasn’t ready at 3pm and was told they didn’t know when it would be ready. We requested a refund to find different hotel and was informed that we would have to contact hotels.com. When hotels.com contacted the property the front desk agent stated we attempted to check in at 11am and again at 1pm and the room was ready. I had receipts showing that 11:18 we were eating lunch over an hour away and at 1 we were shopping at a mall. Either way we went in and they sent us to a room, upon entering the room it was tore apart being sprayed by pest exterminators. We exited the room where they were bringing the requested shower chair. We informed the individuals that the room was tore apart and being treated. We were moved to a room on the fourth floor and the bathroom floor was sticky and felt unclean. It was a terrible experience and most likely will not be back to this property.
