Very clean room. Room had great view! Friendly staff. Only very slight criticism is that the breakfast fruit on offer is a bit more akin to a lower grade hotel chain. Lots of apple and pear segments but nothing in the way of berry fruits. Otherwise it was a 5 star stay!

The Grand at Trafalgar Square
This is a nice hotel in the middle of everything. Lots of shopping, transportation and eating options. Everywhere within a short distance walking, the staff was very courteous and the hotel was clean.
