Amazing location, beautiful views, incredible rooms, excellent staff, great amenities, convenient room service. Only thing was that if your room faces the open courtyard of elevators, you'll hear them clicking a lot during operation. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to visitors!

Well located hotel with amazing view

Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel.

Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!

The location is great-a block from the London Eye and across the river from Westminster Abby,. Many shops and restaurants close by. Easy check in and out. Staff is very helpful.

We had a junior suite for a midweek break with our 8 year old granddaughter. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, just what we needed to have a relaxing time after sightseeing and shopping during our days there. Room service evening meals were excellent in content and value and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We will definitely book again.
