I couldn't get the blind to work and an outside light was out our window. So it was like daytime the whole night and I couldn't sleep. Kids were already sleeping so I couldn't request staff to come in to try to fix because it would wake them.

Clean room

The staff was really kind, and you can tell that the hotel has been upgraded. But there is a weird smell in our room and it just didn’t feel as clean as other spark hotels.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk as well as housekeeping were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in the room which was clean and pleasant. The shower was hot and soooo nice. I did not like the TV- limited access to local sports and the TV was not a smart TV so I was unable to stream. The breakfast area was way too small and the coffee was not nearly hot enough - a really big disappointment for me !
