The hotel was in a location with many dining options, which was great. Their breakfast was delicious, with a variety of plates to choose from. When needed, the staff were courteous and very professional, helping me with whatever needed to be modified. Overall, a great stay and would definitely choose them again.

The room was clean and pleasant, the staff always kind. Breakfast was included and solid. The lower rating was only for the fact that the water wasn't working for part of our weekend and when it did, was only cold. Only one of the two elevators was working and at one point the fourth floor button fell off and people had to walk up the last flight. Took what would have been a high rating materially down, as one would expect. Hope the maintenance crew can be brought in to get this solid hotel up to snuff

The elevator didn’t work and wouldn’t take us to our 4th floor so had to get off at the 3rd floor and walk up to the 4th floor. The front desk said they should probably get that checked out but nothing was ever done. Wish breakfast would have began earlier than 7am since had to leave before 7am for our tournament games. Our room had stains and was dirty. The coffee maker and supplies looked like they had coffee and stains. Not clean in anyway. The shower didn’t produce hot water and my daughter had to get a super cold shower. I tried this morning but still no warm or hot water so wasn’t able to get a shower. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

The elevator didn’t work well. We were on the 4th floor - it wouldn’t go up to the 4th floor so we had to take it to the 3rd and the stairs up to the 4th. The 1st morning we had no water and no one answered when called down to ask about the water and we had to leave due to plans unable to shower.

Staff was very nice and gym is nice. I liked our room and bed was comfy. But day 1 the shower went out in the building. When it came back on it would go from hot to cold in the middle of the shower - literally while I was showering it went freezing cold and took a while to warm back up - both days. They also lack amenities- I had no toilet paper or Kleenex when we checked in...food was standard and no complaints. Area is nice and 20 minutes drive from KOP mall
