I want to say that the only reason why I give this hotel five stars about the staff is because I really like the lady at front desk her name is Lynn she is the sweetest person I ever meet but also I want to say that the lady the works in day time is a ducht bag she is so racist and I can tell that she doesn’t like her job she doesn’t smile or anything she is so miserable but the rest of the people the work there all are amazing from housekeeping the guys the serve breakfast and everybody else but the lady that works at from desk and one more thing that everybody should know about this property that’ is cash less so be prepare and to the lady that make my stay miserable I just want to tell her I hope not to see u again

First, I am still here, staying till 5/23 - Let me tell everyone about Joe (GM) and his staff of Blake and Lauren, (Front desk)This past week, my mother passed away, the team of these three led by Joe, shined a bright light into the darkest hour of my life. They led with compassion, kindness and sincerity that you do not find in many places anymore in this country as well as world. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Joe and his team. To anyone coming to West Chester/Exton/Downingtown, look no father then this place to stay at. You will NOT be disappointed or leave unsatisfied.

I had booked a twi-day stay but was not able to make it in for the first day. When I arrived the second day, I was told that the reservation had been cancelled, notwithstanding that I had paid in full for two days, and that they had no rooms available. Only after an argument with the clerk at the front desk and requesting to speak with a manager, she offered to call”the boss” and finally assigned us a room.
