The rooms are decent the staff is very friendly and caring. Carrie is a wonderful manager and helps us with whatever we need staying here for a long term stay.

All the above except for the shower pressure.

The room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Bathroom immaculate and I appreciated the Honors Silver treatment. I would come back just for a day long shopping trip. I brought a friend so we could both attend a concert at the First Alliance church. She was very impressed with the hotel and the meal - we ate at Oliver's Roof Top, and what a wonderful meal. Again, it was top notch. I will be back. She wants to get her husband to enjoy both the hotel and the restaurant. Very fine stay at the Hampton on Erie Bayfront.

The whole set up was warm and inviting. Employees were nice and informative. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again. However I did have one complaint! The signs at the hotel, that were to get to other places that were connected to them. They sucked!!
