I have stayed many times over last 4 years and was always satisfied. This time was very disappointing. First, they didn't have fox network, so i couldn't watch the world series and I a big baseball fan. Then when I went take a shower, I closed the bathroom door and found 2used towels on the hook behind it.,which indicates that the floor was not washed. Also there was a used washcloth on the shower faucet. I didn't know anything this until the morning. No one was at the front desk so I left and that why I am writing this. Needless to say, I won't be going there anymore. Iwas in room 204 on October 30.

Yes the house keeping was terrible. We stay at Baymont Inns and suites every time we come to Erie. This experience was terrible. The room was never serviced from Friday to Monday. My husband had to go get toilet paper twice and we also had to go get towels. We saw the house keeping Lady, l talked to her and she said that she would take care of it. But all she did was throw some towels on the rack over the ones we had used. The towel that you step on after you get out of the shower was still on the floor and the clean one she threw across the shower tub. We had a handicap room because we need the space. She left the empty cans on the night stand and the floor was never vacuumed. She took the covers on the bed and just rolled them up. The four lipgloss on the bed were terrible. This was. The worst three nights that we ever spent at the Baymont Inn. If something isn’t done l won’t recommend the Baymont in to anyone. We have been coming there for at least ten years. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Really disappointed with our stay there this time.
