We have stayed at this property many times the only thing that was a little frustrating this time was we went down for breakfast at 9 o’clock and there was like nothing left. It’s like it hadn’t been stocked and people kept coming down and there just wasn’t much for them to have

I liked the location to attend the casino. Bathroom tub had hair in it and on wall. Breakfast needs to be updated not tasty at all had to eat at the casino. Beds were comfortably. But overall our stay was good.

Bad start with room wasn’t ready. Quite a few guests had to wait for the staff to ready their rooms. Hotel in general needs a facelift. Attention to detail is needed. Shower head had black mold on it. Shower curtain base was discolored and moldy. There was deterioration and rust where the wall met the tub. Lights over the sink were not the same color temperature and one was blown. There was an obvious stain on the bed linens. Housekeeping staff was asking when we were departing, well before checkout. There were no usb outlets. I would most likely try another option next visit to Erie.

Walked in to check in and no one was at front desk except a note stating”with another customer will be back shortly’. Waited at least 15 minutes. Room was dirty - bobby pin on rug, 2 dead bugs behind bathroom door, long black hairs on blanket that was in between comforter and sheets, splatter marks on head board and wall that was disgusting, and in the toilet bowl were sh*# stains.
