Very convenient to Edinboro, Erie, Presque Isle and the mall. A little outdated and no pool as advertised. The best complementary breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! Very nice staff.

rooms are run down- paint peeling (no exaggeration - looks like large polka-dots in our first room and stained walls, with dirty floors and a dirty wash cloth over the soap in the bathroom. They gave me a second room in the newer section with the "better" maid. Less paint peeling, floors still not clean, sheers on the windows were literally shredded. ONLY walk up available to the 2nd floor and no access all the way through the building to get to the restaurant - had to drive in the pouring rain and park at the front of the building for my 84 year old mother in law. Desk chair had a surprise "fall to the floor" feature and NONE of the outlets would charge our phones. HORRIBLE PROPERTY, STAFF WAS LESS THAN ACCOMMODATING. Breakfast was decent.

Incredible Breakfast!!!

We were looking for a last minute hotel in the middle of a 14hr drive. We booked this hotel on the road and arrived within a few minutes of booking. Front desk was so nice but the truly amazing part…the complimentary breakfast!!! Not only did we not realized they had one, but it’s a FULL restaurant style breakfast- not some buffet with cereal and bananas. This place was an unexpected gem on a long trip!

Best Place to Stay for Us

Always pick to stay here when visiting Erie over the last 10 years. It’s just outside of town but has quick easy access to both I 90 and I 79 and all points of interest in the city. The price is always affordable, the staff is always pleasant and the free breakfast is always delicious with the nicest waitresses on the planet.

A little dated and could use some TLC but a nice quiet place for the price just off the highway. The breakfast is great and is included, it’s a real restaurant so they give you a menu with like 12 options on it. There isn’t anything around the hotel so you’ll have to drive 5 minutes for shopping/food. Highly recommend if you don’t care that it’s not a 5 star place
