The staff was super friendly and helpful,the pool was small but clean. The outside pinic table area was nice. The breakfast area is small and crowded,but the food was good. Everything was clean, but outdated. The king bed was horrible to sleep on,so stay away from those rooms.

Worth it

Looked like recent remodel in room. Bathroom door wouldnt close tight. Couple spots of mold on bathroom ceiling. Other than that it was clean. Staff was great. Picked it for price and location to Presque Isle beaches. I was satisfied on conditions for the price.

Wonderful family weekend in Erie. Clean and perfect location for lake and waterpark. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.

We did not have any TV. Not the fault of the property, but they never offered a refund or decrease in rate or anything. Need to get to breakfast early or it is all out. Room was decent and clean. Pool was warm and nice. Walls are thing so hopefully your neighbors are quiet. Decent rates.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Erie, Pennsylvania, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired — the room felt unkempt and not well-maintained. To make matters worse, the cable went out during our stay, which made relaxing in the room nearly impossible. We also experienced issues with our room keys suddenly deactivating, requiring us to return to the front desk to have them reset. While the staff was courteous, it was frustrating to deal with the inconvenience multiple times. Additionally, the atmosphere of the hotel was uncomfortable. The overall clientele made the environment feel chaotic and unwelcoming. This did not feel like a safe or relaxing place to unwind, which is disappointing when you’re looking forward to a peaceful trip. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience. There are better options in the area that offer a cleaner, more reliable, and more comfortable environment

The staff was good. The TV in our room did not work properly and our tub also did not drain properly. It was about 6 inches deep when done showering and took awhile to drain. We told the staff and they were very apologetic. We liked the comfort of the beds, the quietness of the facility and will return. This is our 2nd year staying here.
