The room was great, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, stopped in quick before hitting the road. The hallways were a bit messy: torn wallpaper, broken ice machine, one door was missing its lock/handle and just had a blank piece of paper covering it. Still felt safe and secure.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude, she messed up our reservation and then blamed us. She deleted my card information from my reservation. Hotel is in need of several repair, our ceiling was peeling, elevator buttons broke and missing. The hot tub was drained, but not blocked off

We stayed there for three nights and specifically asked if there was daily housekeeping services, which I was told yes. We did not receive any housekeeping services the entire three day stay. Garbages were overflowing, no Kleenex, no clean towels. I had to grab towels off the cart at the end of the hallway on the last day. I informed the front desk, and they didn’t care either.
