The facilities are not as described- information needs checking & updating- no water/ no reception desk/no English spoken . They had no knowledge of our booking and what rooms had been booked. The room smelled of damp & mould. We didn’t use the shower as the electrics looked very suspect. I am more than happy with basic accommodation if it is as described but this was extremely poor. It was however, very convenient for the Rhodes ferry but- as I imagine most travellers would be booking in order to get the ferry, having breakfast starting at 8.30 when check in for the ferry is 7.30 means few people would get breakfast! As we left way before that time I have no idea if there even was breakfast!!! Judging by the lack of knowledge that we were coming & lack of other guests and lack of service in shared areas like the bar…. I would be very surprised

We had a great stay for one night. Friendly owner. Accommodating to our breakfast time request. Lovely big covered terrace overlooking the sea where to have breakfast and chill. Very responsive to emails previous to stay. Highly recommend it.

Person serving breakfast was helpful and pleasant but spoke limited English, although did his best to make conversation and offer advice on places to go. Property tired and in need of renovation. Beautiful views over harbour from top floor and balcony marred in the evening by motorbikes and cars roaring up and down the steep hill outside . Housekeeping was non existant. Our room was not cleaned, the waste bin not emptied and sheets and towels were not changed during a 7 day stay . On day 5, we requested that our bath mat be changed but we’re told ‘ tomorrow’ but it was never changed!

Based on the bad reviews I expected a very bad hotel, however it was okay, as long as you don't expect any luxury. The breakfast was okay and the area is very good, the view from the hotel is very nice. However, the staff didn't speak English at all, which was a bit disappointing.

We’ve been in turkey for weeks and stayed in dozens of properties in this price range. This one was by far the worst. Sure it’s well located to the old town, and has a nice view. On the whole it felt dirty, grimy and uncared for. Breakfast was standard. The view was nice, but the quite suburban street outside turned into a racetrack at night. Hardly slept due to the noise of cars racing with loud stereos. Only stayed one night before moving to a better hotel for a better price.

Whole place smelt like sewage, when we asked to move rooms due to the intolerable smell in our bathroom all the staff either couldn’t understand or pretended not to understand. We eventually left and didn’t stay and the property and they refused to refund our room rate

The only thing that liked was location and even that was a stretch. The property was in a shambolic state, cleanliness was shocking, room small and dinghy, fixings was falling off, AC picked and choosed when wanted to work, had hot water room off a room directly over my tiled stairs to room, so made both a slip and scolding hazard. The stairs to my room wasnt level, the walk way to room was all overgrown and entrance area was filled with tatty furniture aswell as many damaged fittings. This is definitely not a property for comfort of cleanliness and even the costing after staying here i now feel was fair to high for the standards of the property.

This was an incredibly horrible stay in every way. The common space was disgusting with cigarette butts and dead bugs on the ground. It hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The view was nice but the hotel owner sat by the window drinking, smoking, talking very loudly on the phone and coughing constantly while not wearing a mask//even trying to cover his mouth all day and night so I didnt feel comfortable there. The wifi didnt work in the room so I was stuck in the common area when I needed to use internet. The shower didnt have hot water and they didnt clean my room in between nights. Breakfast was acceptable at best. Do I need to say more? Look elsewhere for accommodations. Anywhere in Fethiye is an upgrade compared to this.

Very good deal in Fethiye!

The hotel is very well located and easy to find. The new owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The terrace has a cool view to the marina and can chill over there. Price is a good deal and includes breakfast which is good as well. Enjoyed my 4 nigths there. Recommended to every kind of traveller.

A localização é boa porque está super perto do porto e do Old Town, mas o hotel é muito mal cuidado. Não me ofereceram wi-fi, não me informaram nada sobre as regras ou qualquer outra informação necessária. Nem meu Passaporte pediram. A limpeza do quarto era horrível, tinha cabelo no ralo do banheiro, o vaso estava sujo, embaixo das camas estava cheio de lixo, embalagens de comida, garrafas, etc. A cortina do quarto estava caída e usaram um cabide para "arrumar". As fotos não são nenhum pouco parecido com a realidade.
