Great location - 10min walk from the tram and main station. In the heart of the old city - Uffizzi Gallery, Duomo and Palace Vecchio all 10 min walk max. In the heart of many restaurants and high end shopping. Great breakfast options, staff very welcoming, spacious and comfortable room. I guess my only gripe was being charged on checkout for bottled water from the mini bar as thought this was free (as only drink in the mini bar) Other than that a 5 star stay.

Absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the Family suite both times and it was luxurious. Wonderful breakfast and the staff was so kind. Make sure you visit next-door to the fragrance shop as one of the cofounders is a famous chemist for skin care. Ciao!

Loved everything except the ac didn’t have any cold air. Opened up the window to cool down the room but then I had to deal with mosquitoes coming through the window. My advice is better ac or something to prevent mosquitoes

Authentic Italian feel. Helpful staff, especially the gentleman working at breakfast each morning, and helping in the bar in the evening. He was extremely warm and welcoming. Excellent breakfast service with an array of choices; something for everyone. The double bathroom suite was especially spacious and nice.

My niece and I checked in and found bugs and ants in every room. I have video of an ant carrying crumbs on the floor. My niece is deathly allergic to ants and we had to leave immediately. I called the property manager and they refused to refund our stay. They claimed that bugs and ants are normal. they offered to spray the property and I said my niece is asthmatic and that would cause additional breathing issues. Bottom line, it was not a safe facility for us to stay at. I did not say there and was charged over $300. In the meantime, I had to find another hotel and spend another $300.

Unfortunately the hotel and expedia had an issue with my booking, I was charged in full for a no show on a booking I didn’t even have a register. I Won’t recommend any hotel like this, my first sensation once there is dated and old. Inexistence customer service

Overall I like the hotel and maybe stay in there for the next time I visit Florence. The location is very close to everything, shopping, train station ( 7 minutes walking distance) and other attractions. The breakfast selection was ok, not great, but the staff was very friendly, especially Luka, so kind and always very pleasant. I had some mosquitoes bites at night, I wish they had some repellent for them. TV channels very limited, some no signal

Location was perfect. It was walkable to every major tourist spot and the train station and was it felt very safe in the area. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a very nice variety and delicious! It was the perfect way to start the day. We found our room to be amazing! Very spacious, clean and super comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip!
