Alazme was absolutely the best receptionist ever! She was so warm, understanding and welcoming. We loved the breakfast and the staff there too. Room was a bit small for 4 but we made it work.

Elegant hotel to stay. The quality of food for breakfast is excellent. The breakfast manager, Estelyn was attentive to the guests. My family and I appreciated the hospitality. Thank you! High ceilings, excellent use of space for the rooms. Brilliant AC. Staff is super friendly. The breakfast for a four star hotel is superb. Make sure you include breakfast in your resos. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Orto de Medici! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a lovely blend of charming and modern. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, providing something for everyone, pancakes, bacon, eggs, a variety of pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and even a bloodmary and mimosa bar!
