I’ve now stayed at this hotel on three occasions and look forward to doing so again in the future. The whole place is extremely clean, the rooms are modern, the internet is fast and the location excellent; just a minute from the sea and a short walk from bare and restaurants. A lovely place.

Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Entrance a little difficult to find as it's located on the side of the building. **The hotel has doubled charged my credit card upon check in, despite my reservation clearly stated the fee had already been collected by Expedia. 45 days later, I am still waiting for the refund.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. No pool at the location and the rooms are just basic but the breakfast is good and a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Tivemos problema com o ar-condicionado, isso logo na chegada, e prontamente o atendente foi resolver e teve que nos trocar de quarto. Pela manhã, a gerente, de forma muito mal educada e pouco empática disse que ia nos trocar novamente de quarto, não pediu desculpas, não teve sensibilidade e ainda tentou nos colocar em um quarto pior ao que pagamos (sendo que pagamos mais caro que o valor normal das estadias, nós conferimos). Fora ela, todos foram super educados e solicitos.

Quando chegamos não havia toalhas e nem fronhas no quarto. A recepção explicou que houve um problema e trouxe as toalhas depois de um tempo. Porém o problema começa aí, o cobertor da cama estava sujo, assim como os travesseiros e o próprio lençol debaixo da cama. Além disso, o quarto está bem judiado, a janela do banheiro estava quebrada, e o teto do quarto com bastante mofo. E o hotel não fornece sequer o sabonete pra deixar na pia. Tirando esses problemas, vale ressaltar que os atendentes são muito solícitos e simpáticos, o café da manhã é bom e o hotel está bem localizado a poucos metros da Praia dos Ingleses

Boa localização proximo à praia. Quarto e banheiro amplos. Nao tivemos sorte pois o Ar-condicionado que serio o nosso aquecedor estava quebrado no dia da chegada e o sistema de agua quente tb. Nos mudamos de quarto e o pbroblema de agua quente persistiu no dia seguinte para o hotel inteiro. A temperatura estava em torno de 12 graus. Funcionarios simpaticos e solicitos nao tiveram como resolver o problema. Cafe da manha muito simples e restrito, mas no geral sem os problemas citados daria uma nova chance ao estabelecimento por entender que foram pontuais e nao sistêmicos. Local limpo e agradável
