Very disappointing

I booked to stay at Foca Ensar hotel on the 12th August and when I went look for directions a couple of days before (9th August) I sas that booking was incorrectly made for the Monday prior. I spoke to hotels.com to see if they could move the stay (that my husband and I never had) to the day I booked if for booked it for. For 5 days hotels.com were unable to reach the hotel and when they finally did we a) had to finish our holiday early as we had nowhere to stay and the b) told us we had to pay for the stay we never had. Very disappointing.

Verdiğim parayı yere serip yatsam daha rahat ederdim. Odada cam yok kutunun içinde yatırıyorlar odalar dip dibe sesten uyunmuyor. Fotoğtakilerle alakası yok. Biz balkon beklerken cam bile yoktu rezalet!!!
