the property was large and easty to get lost. could be easier signage. Nice rooms with balcony, everything kept clean. Didnt try the eating establishments. so many nice sitting areas around the resort. Parking left alot to be desired, and alot of stairs. Overall had a nice time.

Overall, the experience was a good one, just not spectacular. Our TV never worked in the room. We were told it was a wind related issue (there was wind and light rain that night), but it never resolved afterwards. There is chipping and wood rot noticeable in places that make you question the age and upkeep. The bartenders were outstanding, but our experience at 290 restaurant left something to be desired (and it was my birthday). The salad was wrong and the waiter just said "yeah, looks like they made it wrong" with no attempt to remedy the situation. My steak was RARE even though I'd ask for medium. This seems to be a recurrent problem from other reviews I've seen.

After we haul everything in then told how far and how many 1/2 elevator rides after 2+always turning right and left as we pass many non handicap gets kinda old if you want to hear more call me 309-853 7516 I only have so many characters to get my point across too you

The property was nice and clean. The 240 West restaurant was very good with great staff. Bar West and the Waterfront were just ok. Very limited on things to do. Cafe Latte had excellent caramel machiatos. If you just want to relax, it's good. Guests in the next room kept me awake the first night with all their noise, but after they checked out, it was peaceful.

Nice resort over all, however I would suggest signs to indicate where the ice machines and vending machines are located. The vent system in the pool house located just west of the hot tub needs to desperately to be cleaned. Why lying on the lounge chairs and looking up you can see the build up of dust. The Saturday morning buffet for $17.99 was not worth the money. No small plates set out to place my toast on. No variety of juice drinks. There was only orange juice available. I was disappointed that there was not a variety of different coffee creamers available to use. The different types of foods that were available were certainly not up to the quality of the representation of the hotel. The food was more like a free continental breakfast at a best Western. Lastly we were missing a patio chair outside our balcony.
