Comfortable but....

What I liked about the hotel is it is pretty sound proof. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were big and plenty of room for all. The cons were restaurant on site takes reservations so they were booked the first night we were there. And although we stayed

Kind night clerk helped us with late check in after our flight arrived late. He also loaned us a phone charger since I forgot one. Hot tub was awesome, room was clean albeit a little worn, and the only downside was the elevator was right next to our room and made noise every time it went up or down, which was a little disruptive to sleeping.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel as suggested by Hotels.com rating. It's an old building that appears to have been renovated and updated, but some remnants remain that are not impressive (doorways, leaky showers, etc). We use Hotels.com often and have learned to trust the rating system, but his one did not fit the bill...especially the cleanliness of the room (stains on the bedding and towels hanging in the room that clearly had not been washed/changed). Their pet policy also leaves a lot to be desired with pets walking around the hotel with guests...even near the restaurant.

Loved the swimming and hot tub! Temperatures for both were perfect! Rooms were nice and beds comfortable! Loved the reading lamps on the headboards. Only thing missing was a continetal breakfast! Would stay again!
