Liked the hotel with modern decor. Elevator is cool, looks ancient. Suggest putting up instrctions in English. Clean. I enjoyed hottub and sauna. AC is loud in the night. Overall, I had goodstay for 2 nighys.

I liked what the place offers, and the staff was great. The room felt a bit outdated, the bed we stayed in was really worn it felt as if we sank to the bottom of the middle of the mattress. The spa was a great offering.

What a beautiful hotel! The room was quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the excellent customer service we received from Kevin at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property if you are traveling to Ottawa. It was easy to get to the city, and a short commute.
